*All teams are required to stay at the Hyatt Regency for the duration of the championships.

PRACTICE:

Ralph Korte Stadium is open for practice during the following times
Tuesday, May 20 - 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.*

Wednesday, May 21 - 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Thursday, May 22 - 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Friday, May 23 - 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

*No NAIA practice between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.  This time is reserved for SIU-Edwardsville.  Please plan accordingly.

IMPLEMENT SHIPPING/STORAGE:

Teams are authorized to ship team tents, implements and poles to the Hyatt Regency-Riverfront for a nominal handling charge:

Be sure to label each item with team's name, contact person and cellular telephone number. Tents, implements and poles can arrive 3 days prior to pickup without a storage fee.  All packages will be stored in the Hyatt Regency-Riverfront package storeroom until they are picked up.

Day-to-day storage of implements is only available at Ralph Korte Stadium.  Coaches are required to make all arrangements for return shipment of their implements. Implements must be in a pre-labeled container worthy of shipping.  Attach completed shipping form to each item being shipped.  All payment arrangements with the shipping company need to be done in advance and have implements/poles in the Hyatt Regency-Riverfront package storeroom. If all arrangements are made and completed shipping form attached to each item being shipped, the Hyatt Regency-Riverfront will make sure they get shipped back.

TICKET INFORMATION:

Daily: Adults $6.00, Students with ID $4.00, 7 and under FREE

3-Day Pass $15.00

TEAM TENTS:
The grassy area around the fence located right behind spectator seating, on the opposite side of the press box will be available for team tents and warm up area.  Areas will be designated where team tents can be installed.

PARKING:
There will be more than 1,000 parking spaces available in a parking lot directly adjacent to Ralph Korte Stadium.  Additional parking is available adjacent to the main parking lot, for overflow of more than 5,000.  Emergency fire lanes, handicapped stalls and restricted parking zones will be enforced.

MERCHANDISE:
Souvenir items will be sold at Ralph Korte Stadium track complex with prices ranging from $20 to $45.  Souvenirs will also be sold at the Hyatt Regency-Riverfront throughout the week of the championships.  Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
